I have never made a review on anything but this Indis is the BEST Indis I've ever ate and I've ate here for 5 plus years. I love the wedges and hot sauce! It's the best! And best service.

Ordered 3 thighs, got 3 drumsticks. Sides a bit small compared to other chains. Despite that, it was delicious af

I eat here daily. The people are great with service and are always nice. My boyfriend comes here more than me and he's never had a problem. The food is too good, definitely some kentucky comfort. I'm always getting either spicy wings or their spicy breasts with a side of Mac & pink lemonade. Most importantly their hot sauce is bomb af. This place is still fire. Updating my review 6 years later in 2022.

Pretty good fried chicken. Even with the long line, service was fast via the drive thru. Seems the lobby has been closed for a couple years. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and pipping hot. I got the potato wedges which were also very crispy fresh and quite good. The chicken itself was fried to perfection but a tad under seasoned. The pieces were very large, so large I thought the thighs were breasts. Nothing like roided out poultry. I've been here before and have tried some of their southern inspired sides, like the yams, mac and cheese and the collard greens. They are all pretty good. It's not all chicken, they offer ribs and seafood dishes too. I'd say for fast fried chicken and southern cuisine it's a solid choice.

I've been eating Indi's chicken most of my adult life and I love it!!! I moved from Ky, so I can only get it when I'm in town. My loyalty used to be to the restaurant on Fern Valley Rd BUT after visiting the Third Street location, I switched! When I first started visiting in May, the lady who took my order was so awesome! After stopping in frequently, I learned her name was Kat. Let me tell y'all something!!! Kat keeps that drive thru line moving!! Her customer service is awesome! She even remembers your standard order when she recognizes your voice on the intercom!! I stopped in several times when she wasn't there and the line was so slow moving! People were leaving before even getting to the intercom to place orders because he wait was too long. I had to see what the hold up was. After finally reaching the window, I see the staff joking and playing around! I had to wait an additional 5 minutes before they took my credit card payment because of them messing around! These individuals were younger & their customer service was less than desirable. Once the lobby opened up, I decided to go in...soon as I walked in, Kat recognized me and ask if I wanted my regular! She had my order & the other customers order all ready by the time we got to the window to pay!!! That is excellent customer service!!! I feel that Kat needs to be recognized as the face of the Third Street restaurant! You have loyal customers because of her!! Sadly, I won't be back to grab my usual order for awhile because my daddy passed away from his battle with cancer. I'm back home in MD. I want to personally say, "Thank you Kat" for making my day brighter when I stopped in for food. You had no idea what I was going through but always gave me a smile & a laugh!!! Without you, this Indi's wouldn't be as awesome as it is!!! Attention management: you might want to retrain the younger people working so they can have customer service as great as Kat's!!!

Indis, you've been to one, you've been to them all! Pulled into the drive-thru on our way to see a basketball game. Ordered the 6 piece with a roll and wedges, with a pink lemonade. Came out fairly quickly. The food was delicious! Smashed it! It was pretty hot but that let's me know it was pretty fresh. Definitely will stop there again! Oh I almost forgot to mention how much I love their pink lemonade! I've been loving it for the better part of 20 plus years! Since I was a kid that walked to the one in my neighborhood to now that is the one constant for Indi's and the wedges which are the best in the city for sure!
